I guess this could sort of be considered a collaboration: the dress was designed by my awesome friend, :iconn1tronuk3: (I added the stockings). He sketched it out for me freshman year on a piece of notebook paper, which I held onto, lost it for a while, then found it and revamped it! :D

He didn't actually specify what color the outfit would be, so I chose the scheme myself, but we both agree it would work with others (hot pink and electric blue were mentioned).

Done in Prismacolor markers and pens, and Blick markers on Bristol Vellum.
