Another OC! Her design has been rolling around in my head for a while now and I finally drew her up. I'll put up some chapters of her story soon, too.

Name: Rarie Oeganie (Rauw-ree Way-gain-ee)

Age: Unknown - was 17 upon entering Baron Academy.

Gender: Female

Personality: She was once a very kind and loving person, but the events of her life made her uncaring and cold. Rarie gets pissy if someone dares to mention the fact that she is not the one in control, and has to obey every whim of her sire, Diem Altwell. She acts confident and tries to pretend that she isn't bothered or swayed by Diem. Though she appears to be immovable, she is filled with sorrow and loss of what she's become.

Family: Danae (pronounced "Dan-neigh"), her sister, who she hasn't seen since the day both of them joined the Academy. Their parents are gone with the passage of time.

Occupation: Thrall to Diem Altwell, student at Baron Academy, and a bounty hunter. Though she must obey her liege, she loves to push the boundaries of his commands and find loopholes. By being a bounty hunter, she is able to do something he hates.

Likes: Freedom, control over situations and life in general, the color red, plants, being active.

Dislikes: Her sire, Diem, servitude, being trapped and constrained, being held back, sitting still, and not being able to protect those she loves.

Abilities: Elemental manipulation. Rarie uses plants as her main form of attack, but she is not limited to earth attacks only. To access the other elements, she "grows" roses of fire, metal, water, ice, air, or any other thing that takes her fancy, and then warps it to her will. Out of all the Elite, she is one of the strongest, with the most power.

Other: Rarie understands that sometimes it is easier to reach your goal by going along with the flow of the tide, as opposed to fighting it every step of the way. Therefore, it outwardly appears to all except her and Diem that she has no problem and gets along with her sire, but she actually despises him.
