Robin Dgrey

Robin is the protagonist of one of the stories I'm writing...which I might actually finish this year and get published (if I can find one)! I'm really proud of her specific story - I think it's one of my best.

This is actually a series of prints I was going to do for the book, of Robin, but I got about two done and realized I'll probably have to digitalize them...something I hate with a passion.

Anyway...

The title "slave" pertains to the story. To give a short briefing: The story is a little in the future, when the world gets even worse. Robin's mother dies, leaving her all alone and without a home. She lives in the streets and is captured and sold into sexual slavery.
The face of Robin in this picture is not the real her. She would never wear something like that if she wasn't forced too. I tried to make her look like she was fake smiling (I don't know if it worked). The story continues with Robin trying to escape and carry on, mentally and physically scarred.

Robin was named thus because of her robins-egg blue eyes (which, btw, I messed up her left - the viewer's right - eye). When she got older, she dyed her brown hair red in the front, like a robin!
